مكونات الخلية الأساسية: غشاء الخلية والسيتوبلازم

غشاء الخلية (Cell Membrane)

البنية (Structure):

  • تحيط بأجزاء الخلية معًا. (Surround the parts of cell together.)

الوظيفة (المهمة) (Function (job)):

  • تتحكم في حركة المواد من وإلى الخلية. (Controls the movement of material into and out of cell.)

السيتوبلازم (Cytoplasm)

البنية (Structure):

  • مادة بين غشاء الخلية والنواة. (كل ما هو داخل غشاء الخلية وليس النواة يُعرف بالسيتوبلازم). (Substance between the cell membrane and the nucleus. (Everything within the cell membrane which is not the nucleus is known as the cytoplasm)).
  • يشكل معظم كتلة العديد من الخلايا. (Makes up most of the mass of many cell.)

الوظيفة (المهمة) (Function (job)):

  • يتم إنتاج مواد خلوية مختلفة بواسطة السيتوبلازم. (Different cell material are produced by cytoplasm.)
  • السيتوسول هو الخليط الشبيه بالهلام الذي تُعلّق فيه العضيات الأخرى، لذا السيتوسول + العضيات = السيتوبلازم. (Cytosol is the jelly-like mixture in which the other organelles are suspended, so cytosol + organelles = cytoplasm.)

النواة (Nucleus)

البنية (Structure):

  • عادة ما تكون مستديرة/بيضاوية (Usually round/oval)
  • بالقرب من المركز (Near center)
  • تنفصل النواة عن السيتوبلازم بواسطة غشاء رقيق يسمى الغشاء النووي. (The nucleus separated from the cytoplasm by a thin membrane is called nuclear membrane.)

الوظيفة (المهمة) (Function (job)):

  • تتحكم في أنشطة الخلية (Controls cell activities)

الميتوكوندريا (Mitochondria)

البنية (Structure):

  • شكل قضيب/عصوي (Rod shaped)

الوظيفة (المهمة) (Function (job)):

  • تطلق الطاقة ويُطلق عليها (بيت الطاقة للخلية) (Release energy & it is called (Power house of cell))

الريبوسومات (Ribosomes)

البنية (Structure):

  • جزيئات صغيرة جدًا، بحيث لا يمكن رؤيتها إلا بالمجهر الإلكتروني. (Tiny particle, so small, they can see only with an electron microscope.)

الوظيفة (المهمة) (Function (job)):

  • موقع تخليق البروتين لأنها تتكون من RNA والبروتين (Site of Protein synthesis because it consisting of RNA and protein)

الشبكة الإندوبلازمية (Endoplasmic Reticulum)

البنية (Structure):

  • تشبه الأنابيب (Like tubes)
  • شبكة إندوبلازمية ملساء - لا توجد ريبوسومات ملتصقة (Smooth ER - no ribosomes attached)
  • شبكة إندوبلازمية خشنة - ملتصقة بها ريبوسومات (Rough ER - ribosomes are attached)

الوظيفة (المهمة) (Function (job)):

  • تنقل المواد "داخل الخلية" (Transports materials "intracellular")

أجسام جولجي (Golgi Bodies)

البنية (Structure):

  • سلسلة من الأكياس المسطحة (Series of flattened sacs)

الوظيفة (المهمة) (Function (job)):

  • تعالج، تغلف وتفرز المواد (Processes, packages and secretes material)
  • المواد التي تُنقل بواسطة الشبكة الإندوبلازمية تتوقف عادةً أولاً عند أجسام جولجي حيث يتم تخزينها أو تعديلها قبل الانتقال إلى أجزاء أخرى من الخلية (Materials that are transported by the ER usually stop first at the Golgi bodies where they are stored or altered before moving to other parts of the cell)
